Product   + Q What accessories are included in a full set?   Each MAGICSING set contains main microphone, song list, cable, stand, adapter, and carry bag. + Q How much does it cost to have your microphone?   Please contact your nearest local distributor.   + Q Do you sell accessories ( Adaptor, Cable etc ) separately for your MAGICSING Karaoke?   Yes. You can buy all other accessories ( adaptors, cable and song book ) separately. Please contact your nearest local distributor. + Q Is MAGICSING karaoke working only when the song chip is placed on the slot?   We have 2 types of microphone. One has built-in micro computer chip and the other does not. Song chip only needs to be placed on the slot in case of No built-in type to let the microphone work. + Q Can we change Mic mode type from NTSC to PAL, or visa versa?   It is impossible to change Mic mode. Only when you have multi-TV, you can use both mic type. Please check what type of TV mode you have before you purchase.     2. Song   + Q What kind of song chips are available?   English pop song, Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese, Tagalog, French, Spanish, UK pop, Elvis, Hawaiian, English hymn, Children, and Thail songs etc. + Q Can we download songs from overseas? If so, what equipment do we need?   Currently, only Korean song is downloadable to the Korean domestic customer due to song copyright matters. + Q Up to how many songs can be stored in a MAGICSING karaoke?     Besides built-in micro computer chip, there are 4 slots for additional song chips. Each songchip can contain more than 2,000 songs and so up to 10,000 songs can be stored. + Q Can we create songs by ourselves and record them into a song chip?   No. Only the song chip manufactured by Enter-Tech are valid for our MAGICSING karaoke.     3. Trouble Shooting   + Q Wireless sub microphone is not working,   Please check if T-shaped sub-microphone transmitter is properly placed on the main microphone. Then, check if the batteries are properly inserted ( AA batteries ) + Q When the power is not on.   Please check if the plug is properly put into the outlet and check whether the power sources are 110~240V. Also check if the contact point of the cable jack and adapter jack is properly connected. + Q If MAGICSING karaoke is not working,     Please check the microphone volume and also check the battery life + Q If the picture is not shown,   Check if the cable jack is properly connected ( according to the right color ) and check if the external input ( or video ) mode is set in your TV.. + Q When the TV screen is still and it doesn’t turn off,   Please press the power ON button for 3 seconds or longer. This will reset the unit + Q After a couple of minutes singing, the audio just stops. Resetting everything does'not help get the audio back. What could be wrong?   If you’re using batteries operating, the lack of battery power might be a cause of the problem. In this case, video will appear without audio. You have to replace them with new batteries. The second case is when you are using adaptor. In this case, you have to contact the local distributor or the place you purchased the product.
